If the flight touches CTR, Bucharest or MoND, treat it as real legal risk. Clear approvals before flying, not after a check.

UAS offences and fines
The offences are those listed in art. 11 of Government Decision no. 859/2021; the amounts come from art. 12 of the same decision.
