Drone Log is an informational and support tool designed to assist with the planning and verification of drone flights. The information displayed in the mobile applications and on the web platform, including but not limited to geographical zones, flight restrictions, NOTAMs, airspace information, authorization-related information and other relevant data, is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated or inaccurate. Drone Log is an independent service: it is not affiliated with, endorsed, authorised or operated by the Romanian Ministry of National Defence (MApN), the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (AACR), ROMATSA, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) or the MApN AEROFOTO application. References to these authorities and links to their official sources are provided for guidance only.

Drone Log does not guarantee that all restricted areas, prohibited areas, special conditions or other flight limitations applicable to a particular operation are displayed, imported or up to date in the system.

The absence of a restriction, area or other information in Drone Log does not mean that a flight is permitted and does not constitute flight authorization.

Before conducting any flight, the user is responsible for independently verifying all relevant information using official and up-to-date sources and for obtaining all required approvals, authorizations or permissions.

The drone operator/pilot is solely responsible for flight planning, verifying the legality and safety of the operation, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and operating the drone.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drone Log and its operators, developers and administrators shall not be held responsible for decisions made by users based on information displayed in the applications or on the web platform, including situations where restrictions, zones, data or other information have not been imported, displayed or updated, or are incomplete or inaccurate.

The use of Drone Log does not replace the user's obligation to verify official information before each flight.

By using the Drone Log applications and web platform, the user acknowledges and accepts that Drone Log is a support tool and that the final decision to conduct a flight, together with all responsibility associated with that decision and the flight itself, remains with the user.
