Drone flight approval request – what to prepare

Some UAS zones require prior approval before flight. Drone Log helps you structure operational data, messages, and documents — you submit the request through official channels; the app does not issue clearances.

When it may be required

After the map area check, your point may fall in a “restricted” zone or one requiring coordination. Combine with NOTAM on the planned date.

What to prepare in the app

• Flight data: location, date, time, duration, purpose.
• Aircraft and operator details.
• Messages and attachments per zone requirements — no guarantee of automatic approval.

Filming and sensitive areas

For commercial operations, filming, or institutional areas you may also need MoND drone clearance through the official flow (MoND / Aerofoto), in addition to UAS zone approval.
